Independence Day Party and Scavenger Hunt

Celebrate America’s 250th by finding historical symbols around town to solve a scavenger hunt riddle and then party at the library!

1. Pick up your scavenger hunt sheet at the library anytime in June, find it on our library’s website, or take a picture of it on your phone!

2. Walk or search around town to find all the symbols on the scavenger hunt sheet. Each symbol has a letter on it. Take a picture with the symbol/letter. The sheet is available in June so you can do this at any time before our Independence Day party. Do it little by little, do it all on one day, or do it all on the day of our party!

3. Join us for our Independence Day Party on July 2nd at 3:30 PM! Bring your pictures and use them to solve the riddle and win a prize! Stay to celebrate with red, white, and blue snacks, cornhole, BINGO, tattoos, and more! Didn’t make it around town to complete the scavenger hunt? No problem, just come for the celebration!
